Curry Acura's customer service is unmatched. This is my second leased vehicle and I have had not one negative experience, from sales to service. I have never been surprised by service or repair cost and the lounge is always clean. My Sales Consultant Furman Byrd contacted me after Super Storm Sandy to check on my well being and offer assistance if needed. It's the little things that matter and Curry Acura continues to provide a great product and service. I've visited other dealerships and was surprised at the mediocrity. Waited 25 minutes for a sales rep at one dealership and ignored at a second dealership after spending 15 minutes on their certified pre owned lot. Our initial visit was informative and efficient, including viewing new cars, pre-owned cars and getting an estimate on our trade in. Picking up our car was efficient, friendly and informative, including the woman at the front desk whose name I do not know, but was knowledgeable and friendly, Patrick and Joe (last name I forget, sorry!) who went over my car with me because Nick Furio our sales rep was not in, and Demetri Davidoff who did all of the paper work. Overall an easy, calm experience, a pleasure in today's often tense world! More
