First of all, unlike most things we purchase, the satisfaction of buying a car, I believe, is centralized on the price. If you get a good one, it's a good experience; if you do not, it's a bad one. From evaluating a seller, this is clearly incomplete. What's novel about my experience was that, while in the end I got a great price, the cost was not central to the discussion. Fred was patient, expert and upfront about showing me the cars. Test drive was thorough. He gave me "room" to deliberate about his offer on a rare car. His approach was akin to going to an ice cream shop, letting me try out different flavors, and helping me make a "hard" decision an easy one. He did not push the cost; he wanted to make sure I got the right flavor along with an extra scoop - taking care of terminating another lease. In the end, with Rob Sorenson's help, I got a special car without regrets. In addition, despite that the place always looked busy, everyone was courteous and accessible, even if they were not directly dealing with me: from the receptionist, other sales reps, the license plate and car prep guys. Acura is a luxury brand. Fred and his team at Curry truly reflect this. They are a class act. More
I just leased my second vehicle from Curry Acura. What prompted me to go back there was a call from my salesman to wish me a happy birthday for the second year in a row. My lease still had a year left on it but I wanted a larger SUV. DAN DAMON took my phone call at 4 pm on a Saturday afternoon and had me upgraded in a new MDX by 6pm. Not only did he terminate my lease a year early, he worked the numbers where I hardly see a difference in payment. Patrick the Manager was more than helpful in helping Dan get the deal done making me a repeat customer! More

Joe was quick to offer a test drive and a full walk around of the car to point out all the features of the vehicle. When it came down to numbers we were able to quickly reach a price we were both amenable to without hassle. Before I left the dealer with my new car Joe made sure to walk me through the more intricate features and informed me that Curry gives free car washes to their customers which is an amazing feature. Since the sale Joe has kept up excellent service answering questions over the phone and helping me when I have come in for service and optional equipment. I would not hesitate to recommend Joe and Curry Acura to friends and family. More
