On Saturday March 19, 2011 I showed up to the Scarsdale dealership at 9:30 am ready for battle. I had three trade-ins and needed two new cars. At 2:15 PM, after a quick lunch and a warm smile from general manager Michael Miele, I drove off the lot with a NEW 2011 RDX and a 2009 MDX. The process was seamless including the financing. I was in the market for a new TL when my girlfriend told me she had a great experience buying her MDX at a local dealer, Curry Acura. I was referred to a specific sales consultant named Rob Sorensen who was from start to finish extremely knowledgeable and professional...and very well groomed;. He greeted me with enthusiasm, had a smooth approach, and guided me toward the sale with a friendly and effective style. Rob and his management team worked a fantastic lease for me on an AWD TL for 3 years that I was extremely pleased with. Although I hadn't "shopped" a ton of dealers I was aware of the pricing and incentives of the Acura and was prepared to keep searching if Curry didn't live up to the expectaions my friend set forth. Being a woman who's car buying alone can be tough and sometimes we feel like we're being taken advantage of. That wasn't the case w/ Rob. Needless to say, he did a great job every step of the way and I took my car home the same day! The showroom was nice and neat, full of energy, and I was offered plenty of treats, coffea and tea throughout my stay. Rob introduced me to Yuri, the finance manager who took care of the application process and wrapped up all the paperwork necessary for the transaction. He was also a pleasure to work with and made the entire ordeal that much better. I love my new Acura and I'm pleased to say that Curry Acura made the investment worthwhile and easy. Though I thought I was able to get a better price on my certified MDX. But nonetheless, the price is fair enough (not a super solid deal or too expensive). What meant most was the followup phone call I received from Nick asking if everything is well with my purchased MDX. With this, it shows that he is not about just selling the vehicle and forget about you. Little things like this make a big deal (post sale followups). Curry Acura totally shifted my perspective on a car buying experience! I was extremely nervous about buying a new car because of the many choices out there and the many stories i was told by my local buying experience! I was extremely nervous about buying a new car because of the many choices out there and the many stories i was told by my local dealerships. Why has this changed? It started the moment i walked into Curry Acura! Tony, the sales person i worked with, approached me with a warm hello and told me to take my time and look around. i told him i was interested in a new, white Acura TSX and he brought the exact car around for a trest drive... he went through all the features and really took his time explaining each of them. we went on a test drive during which i was not pressured into a sale or rushed and was able to enjoy the ride... We talked numbers and they were thousands less then what some of the the other dealers were asking. None of the other dealers mentioned Acura cash back on the lease! Acura rollover miles and other features were explained very carefully as well. Mike Miele, the general manager, stopped by the desk and sweetened the deal even further. He was very courteous and respectful and never pressured me. I felt confident in how the dealer was run by his interaction. Overall, i had a really great experience and i would recommend Curry Acura to all perspective Acura and other premium brand shoppers! THank you Mike and Tony for a great buying experience! More

Power steering pump went bad on my MDX,called and received an appointment the next day.Got lucky there. When I arrived my service rep was curtious and got my car on the lift quickly.Also to my surpri received an appointment the next day.Got lucky there. When I arrived my service rep was curtious and got my car on the lift quickly.Also to my surprise instead of having to sit around for three hours THEY PROVIDED ME WITH A LOANER VEHICLE! when in todays times you usually have to call three weeks in advance to get one.When my car was finished John explained what was done.My car was washed, fixed correctly in a timely manner and everyone was curtious. What else can you ask for! More
