Visiting Curry Honda has always been a pleasant car buying experience for my parents. When I decided it was time I get a new car, I didn't even give it a second thought; Curry Honda was the obvious cho buying experience for my parents. When I decided it was time I get a new car, I didn't even give it a second thought; Curry Honda was the obvious choice! My parents are long time friends of Dave Girolamo, who was extremely helpful and accommodating to us. Thank you, Dave, for "working your magic" and making sure to give us the best experience possible. Rich Cerbini was exceptionally helpful as well, working alongside myself and my parents and offering insightful advice. Basil Grant made the dreaded form-signing experience quick and painless, and quite honestly it was very pleasant! Basil, too, offered great advice and was clear-cut when explaining the finances of the agreement. Last, but surely not least, Carlos Argueta is the best salesperson I've ever met (not being facetious.) Carlos was not pushy or rushed, but instead made himself available for any questions or concerns, offered welcomed help when I voiced a concern about finding insurance for my new car, handled the paperwork with my insurance company, and really made me feel special! He offered advice, but still allowed the choices to be my own. Carlos worked closely with Rich and Dave to make sure all my needs were met, and even went so far to take the car I had my heart set on from another lot! I came home with my new car last night and am more than pleased with my experience. In less than a week, I decided to get a new car and now have the car of my dreams sitting in the driveway! Thank you to everyone involved in making this happen (even Vinny, who I believe drove my car from another dealership to Curry!) Now, if someone asks me where to go, not only for a new car but an exceptional experience as well, I will undoubtedly direct them to Curry Honda. Let me start by saying that this is the FIRST time I've actually had a good experience at a car dealership. This experience started with a phone call from Toni. She was personable, to the point and I've actually had a good experience at a car dealership. This experience started with a phone call from Toni. She was personable, to the point and just incredibly pleasant to talk to. She said she would email me the quotes (By the way, I added on quote requests after the first one) and not only did she quickly respond, she did it graciously. Toni also put my mind at ease by confirming that there would be NO SURPRISES. Of course I thought there still might be, but to MY surprise, she kept her promise and there weren't! We drove 30 miles to THIS Honda dealership because of my conversation and email correspondence with Toni. When we arrived she greeted us warmly and explained that she would set us up with Bill. Bill was great! I could tell that his focus was strictly Customer Service! He ran all around that dealership getting our deal done. He was extremely professional and focused. We took 2 test drives (one at the beginning and the other was actually a test drive of the Odyssey we eventually purchased). He never rushed us on anything and was more than happy to help us through this process which could be daunting especially when you have your small children with you. Our next (and last) stop was with Basil. This was another great experience. Basil was a consummate professional. (As a matter of fact, all three were consummate professionals). He printed up all my options for me with a smile and went through each one clearly and patiently. Again, no surprises! We got the financing we expected to get when we walked in the door. In the end, I was happy to have driven the 30 miles to this particular dealership and I will definitely recommend this place to anyone I know that is in the market for a Honda. Trina always goes above and beyond what any other service department representative has ever done, compared to past experiences with other service departments. Trina called several times throughout the day to let me know what was happening, ask questions that would help the technicians determine what was causing the problem, and the steps they were taking to solve the problem. On Trina's days off, Chris jumped in and assured all of Trina's efforts weren't in vain. It made me confident that the problem would be solved, which it was.
