Hello. We apologize for the lack of service you received. Can you please provide us with your name or VIN number so we can look up when you came in and who dealt with you? We assure you this is not how we do business and we do care about customer service. We are however experiencing longer wait times as our customer base grows which is why you probably saw the construction going on next door of our new state-of-the-art service facility. This new service center will finally give us the space we need to handle the increased work flow and do it in a much faster manner making all of our customer's visits more enjoyable. Hello. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We do need to come up with a better system to alert appointments on days like these where opening or closing could be affected. Due to the nature of storms we've been getting it's been hard to determine when to make the decision to change opening times since storms hit overnight and you never know what might happen or how long it will stay on the road before melting the next morning. It's been a delicate line to toe so everyones informed, but most importantly safe. We will always post delays or closings on our Facebook page and when possible, on our own website. We are working on getting a program that will auto-alert any customers with a set appointment as well as change our phone recording when called. The customer service you received from Mr. Ford is not on par with Curry Honda's standards and we apologize for his lack of judgement in that situation. That is not how we do business.
