Every time I visit the dealership for service he makes a point of contacting me while I am there and inquires as to any problems etc..I got stuck one Sunday afternoon with a dead battery at a restaurant parking lot and called Mr.Doe for information about the leased car and who I could get to service it on a Sunday.. He made the trip himself to the location and jumped the vehicle and made arrangements to have the vehicle serviced the following day!! How can you beat that???? He initially worked at the Balise dealership,but now works at the Curry dealership in Chicopee !! At my last visit Mr.Doe introduced me to Cassandra Doty (Owner Loyalty Manager),Fitz Tarry (General Sales Manager) And Jay Palmer (Service Advisor) where I received a business card from each one and was told in his absence I could contact any one of the three with a problem!!That's first class service!!!! I bought my truck here and there was an issue that was caused by the factory but Curry took care of it and gave me a free courtesy car for a day or two while it was being resolved. I keep going back for routine maintenance due to the lifetime guarantee there. It sort of forces me to keep up with oil changes which is a good thing. The free car wash coupon doesn't hurt either.
