Extremely bad customer service. They do not care about the online service scheduling even if you book almost a month prior. The minute I spoke with George on the phone, I knew I would make a deal with him. He was the first salesman I had encountered, while looking for a car, that wasn't aggressively pushing me to buy and talk would make a deal with him.
