Carlos the representative was very helpful starting when I dropped off my car. I had put my keys in the drop box and then noticed the light was on in my locked car. He was still inside and came out and ope I dropped off my car. I had put my keys in the drop box and then noticed the light was on in my locked car. I have had excellent experiences servicing my car at Curry Toyota. They have an organized drop-off process so there is minimal waiting. The service representatives are friendly and courteous. Extremely bad customer service. They do not care about the online service scheduling even if you book almost a month prior.
