Very Smooth Experience Professional and fair negotiation . Car had to be ordered and came in when they said it would. Salesperson left in the interim, but Dan F took over and he was fantastic. He really knew the car well and was very responsive. We wanted a specific color, silver, which was not in the dealer's inventory but they were able to locate the car with the color we wanted within a few days. He answered all my questions, was responsive to my needs and returned calls quickly. Price negotiations were fair, relaxed and without pressure. The manager, John Contrearas, was equally fair, helpful and facilitated a smooth negotiating / buying process. Having done extensive research I signed the deal knowing I received an excellent price. My Highlander was a factory order and Bruce called me several times to update me on the status of the order. The vehicle was delivered to the dealership (and me) ahead of schedule.
