I'd never owned a Ford before but was impressed with the car and technology. I purchased the maintenance agreement with those two cars and have had each car serviced regularly since 2013 so have experienced the service and parts department as well. I had no hesitation about going back for a new 2018 Ford a week or so ago and was not disappointed. They worked hard to find the only car in California with the exact items and color I wanted and made the financial arrangements work for both of us. I'm totally a customer! More

xxxx poor performance Upon speaking with the sales manager KYLE BOYD he took the time to send me a video of a vehicle I was interested in buying. I sent him multiple emails over the next day and a half. There was no response. When I called him he was loading the truck on a semi to go to auction. He didnt have the nerve to tell me it was going to auction so he led me to believe it was still for sale. I phoned him back to get the information on where it was going, no response. That is xxxx poor performance. I rate Kyle the sales manager a coward and I will send a letter to his boss. Im sure he dosent have the guts to tell him what happened. More
