Fantastic people! - I Fix That

Fantastic people! They are customer service focused and no-pressure sales. I had a very small but difficult issue with my Mach-e and they stayed on the issue until it was fixed. What I found to be fantastic about the dealership is that they just didn't unload a "parts cannon" on the car, but got a technician in from corporate to troubleshoot the module that failed so that in the future, they could quickly solve the problem for the next customer. I'm and engineer, and that shows integrity! Yes, I purchased a second car from them! Oh, and they were the only dealership that isn't marking up the Lightning and the Mach-E.

Towne Ford both in the Sales department and Service department needs a complete overhaul. Tried to purchase a new F150 in 2020, told the staff what I was looking for, left them my business card. Never got back to me. Bought from another dealer. Now recently in service, I had an appointment for tire replacement and alignment. Dropped the truck early, 4 hours later they started and were unable to complete the alignment, telling me I needed to reschedule. Left an email with the GM, and four days later, NADA.

I live in Idaho. Outstanding Dealership and staff. A bucket flew out of a truck and went under my 2024 expedition last night and tore off the lower valance air dam. I went to Price Ford this morning and Albert Ramos service advisor took my car in and they removed the broken part so I could drive and inspected underside of car for damage. They didn’t even charge me. Several years ago I lost the rear differential seals on my 2011 expedition while traveling here. They took my car and repaired it under warranty and got me back on the road. If I lived here they would be my go to dealership for all service , repairs and vehicle replacement. Ed

I sold my vehicle to this dealership over a month ago and was told I would receive payment within 7–14 days. That seemed fair at the time, so I agreed. However, 15 days passed with zero communication from anyone. When I called to check in, I was told they hadn’t received the title yet and that I would get paid once it arrived. Then, without explanation, I was informed it would actually take 2–4 weeks before I’d see a check. Fast forward to four full weeks later — still no payment, no update, no courtesy call. I took it upon myself to contact my loan company, who confirmed that the title had already been released over a week prior. So clearly, the dealership had what they needed but was still dragging its feet. When I called again, I was bounced around from person to person until finally being told to speak with their DMV clerk. I left two detailed voicemails that day and never heard back. Later that afternoon, I called again and was told she had already left for the day. About 45 minutes later, she finally called me back — and instead of being helpful, she was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the start. She repeatedly talked over me, had an attitude the entire time, and actually said, “Since you’re refusing to listen to me, your check will be ready Monday at 11am.” That kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable — especially from someone representing a business that’s holding thousands of dollars of someone else’s money. The dealership has had the title electronically for over a week, but they’re refusing to release my payment because they want a paper copy — something my lender doesn’t even issue. That’s their internal process problem, not mine, and it’s completely unethical to delay payment because of their own inefficiency. This entire experience has been nothing but frustrating, unprofessional, and disrespectful. The lack of honesty, accountability, and basic communication is astounding. I would strongly urge anyone considering selling or buying a vehicle here to go elsewhere. There are plenty of dealerships that actually follow through on what they promise and treat customers with respect. This one clearly does not.

I went to Stockton Kia to get my Kia soul fixed. Please follow. After being their for two hours they said they did not have the parts that they said they did have to fix my car. I had used Manteca ford before for oil service and called and asked if they could work on my car. Appt was set for the next Monday. When I got to Ford they said that my vin number could have used two different sensors so they got both for the repair and would return the one that was not needed. WOW car was fixed in under two hous, the bill was less the Kia would have been and my car is running great. Thanks just does not seem enough to say, But thanks...

Horrible experience on two vehicle purchases at the Ford Store in Morgan Hill. The final event included me ordering and placing a deposit on a vehicle then when it came in I was told it was an additional 4K added to purchase price the vehicle and if I didn't want it they would sell to another buyer. I contacted ford but apparently their customer service is just as bad as their dealerships. They claim there is nothing they can do they cant even contact the dealerships they supply vehicles to. I would recommend purchasing a different make of vehicle but if not defiantly do not purchase a vehicle form the ford Store in Morgan Hill CA.

Omitted the value on the carfax report. Incredibly rude, impatient and pushy. Acted like they did me a big favor meeting the price of a higher end car. Hassled me to pay when I told them it was beyond my control yet started my recover device as though it was a done deal prior to my purchase, also charged more than agreed upon for said device. Told me the sludge/haze on my navigation just “needed to be cleaned” why wouldn’t they?? Because it was in fact a damaged screen. The “warranty” was of no use but it was a fun treat to learn my oil plug is the wrong size, too tight and might crack my oil pan when removed. Nonstop and inappropriate contact until the deal was made, then absolute crickets when confronting them with issues/concerns. Go almost anywhere else.

This is our first time driving a pickup every day...so we're Leasing it for this term. It happens to be our third (overall) Lease through McAuley Ford-Patterson since 2011 beside our purchase of an Explorer . I have known the McAuley team since 1990 in Merced and have appreciated their attentive Service teams and friendly and knowledgable Sales teams in Patterson and in Merced. They have given us the time to talk things out and not be pushy as I had experienced with a dealership not too long ago who was wanting my business. I will stick with McAuley as long as they continue on their personal service.
