Great Affordable Service I used to own a Lexus SUV and every time I took it in for basic service it was well over $100 so I began taking it to another shop for oil & lube, etc I used to own a Lexus SUV and every time I took it in for basic service it was well over $100 so I began taking it to another shop for oil & lube, etc. My Cypress Ford experiences for the same work on my Escape has been about 1/2 of that. I can get an appointment and wait while they do the work...usually an hour or less in their comfortable waiting room. More

The staff at Cypress Coast Ford Lincoln were top notch. We went in looking for a Ford Escape of a certain color, year, and options. They did not have the one we wanted on the lot, but quickly located one f We went in looking for a Ford Escape of a certain color, year, and options. They did not have the one we wanted on the lot, but quickly located one for us. They brought it in and within a day and a half, we drove off the lot with the exact Escape we wanted. Since we are Seniors, and have not ever driven one of the newer model cars, when we asked for a "Loner" Courtesy car to drive home, John wasn't there, and we did not get a good explanation of how to use it, or lock it. No one showed us where the "Remote" lock gizmo was located deep in the middle console, chamber, out of sight, so we could not figure out how to lock-up the car for the night, in our driveway, and we were concerned it might be stolen. Please tell staff to better inform us older customers, when we have to use a newer model loaner car. More

Great customer service! I loved working with Juan at this Ford dealership! I get really turned off by pushy sales people when choosing to buy a car. I end up walking away if someone pushes the sale too hard. But Juan was not pushy at all. He just told it to us straight and gave us room to make our own decisions. He's a really nice guy; very easy to talk to and ask questions. Overall we had a great car experience here! More
