This was my annual service visit. Ricardo greeted me as I entered the service department, took my keys, and pointed out the waiting area, along with the complimentary coffee. A little over an hour later my car was ready to go, with new oil and filter, along with tire rotation, fluid top off, and 51 point inspection. Last year they caught some issues with my front axle (which got replaced), but this year everything was fine, so I'm on my way. Cypress Ford does a great job as always, and Ricardo, in particular, always takes good care of me. Recommended. More

This time, I took the vehicle in for an oil change, and when I picked it up, the EV mode had been turned off. I think it's likely someone just rested an elbow on the button that does that. A really important aspect is that this dealership doesn't have the ability to service the hybrid aspect of plug-in hybrids. There are so many on the Monterey Peninsula, I'm not sure why they don't upgrade. More
