I appreciate the offer but I already bought a new Frontier from Napoli Nisan last night and will be picking it up tomorrow evening. Even so I don't think the relationship can be healed. I emailed the owner of your dealership in addition to writing this review, so he is aware of the situation. I am a senior manager at a Fortune 500 company and I can't believe that you have management at your dealership that would treat a customer that way. Even if a deal can't be made all parties should be treated with dignity and respect at all times.

Since you decided to right lies , like I threatened people, I will be writing more reviews on other sites. Such as Yelp. Also will be contacting the BBB to inform them of your immature actions. Do you actually think people will believe that a customer went into a car dealership and threaten employees during a discussion about a potential sale...... Haha. Maybe D'Addario dealership should hire managers based on merit and not give the job to family members that don't have the necessary skills to perform the duties.
