I called Carlos on Wednesday requesting the information and he promised me a call back before he left for the evening. No call. I called just prior to closing time, only to be told he had already left. It's now midday on Thursday and still no call. Great Honest Company To Do Business With Matt was a pleasure to do business with. I like an honest person who is straight forward and no sugar coating. I was upfront and told him my situation what I could not afford and my issue of my upside down loan scenario and him and the finance team found a deal that was affordable for me I did not feel like anyone got over on me I walked away feeling good about my decision even though it took Matt and I a few months to get to this level I appreciated his patience and I thank you all for just being human and understanding and not caring about the sale but about the customer.
