When delivering my new 2020 Acura RDX to me (which I love!), Taunya brought along a great guy she called D&M’s ‘Acura expert’ to walk me through all of the new features and make sure I had no questions or issues. Mike(?) walked me through every new feature and the computerized dashboard, had me practice how to use adaptive cruise control, synced my phone and set up most everything that required setup.
