I called Clay on a Thursday saying I was ready to trade-in my 2-year old Honda Pilot for a new 2019 model. Within 24 hours, I had a new 2019 Honda Pilot in my driveway, exact color and specs I wanted. Everything was done over the phone and email. Clay drove the vehicle over to my house on a Friday afternoon in the pouring rain. All the paperwork was signed online and it literally took about 10 minutes.
