Great and fast service! I contacted D&M Leasing on a Tuesday morning (email inquiry) and was contacted by John Conn that afternoon. On Wednesday evening he delivered my new 2 I contacted D&M Leasing on a Tuesday morning (email inquiry) and was contacted by John Conn that afternoon. On Wednesday evening he delivered my new 2017 Jeep Wrangler 75th Anniversary model to my driveway and took away my old car. I had no idea a deal for a new car could be done that fast and efficiently. John then contacted my on Friday to let me know he had taken it upon himself to contact KIA to cancel my extended warranty which resulted in almost $900 being refunded to me. He did not have to do this but he did and I really appreciate his extra efforts on my behalf. More

The best experience I have had acquiring a vehicle. First time to lease. My spouse has leased from D&M for some time and suggested I contact David Faulkner rather than purchase and in so doing avoid the First time to lease. Mr. Faulkner explained what we could do and worked to find me the exact car I wanted. The dealer make ready got delayed, but Mr. Faulkner kept me updated by phone and by email so I never had to wonder what was going on at any time. That is a big plus for me. At delivery Mr. Faulkner was took the time to review the electronics thoroughly which was helpful. So, I got the car I wanted rather than the car a dealer had in stock and I didn't have to spend 4-5 hours at a dealership haggling and doing paperwork. Finally, Mr. Faulkner got the ball rolling by contacting my insurance agent with the details of the transaction and all I had to do was confirm the information. Great experience. Happy customer. I don't know what David Faulkner could have done better. More
