I have felt pressured to invest in the past; however, with John, the car I wanted was delivered to me in a matter of days, and I was able to sign the paperwork and take the keys while sitting in my office parking lot. Most companies want you to come to them and burden all of the responsibility, but not D&M. They have the customer in mind, and they do not give up until the customer is completely satisfied. As you can probably tell, I am completely satisfied. I would highly recommend D&M to friends and family, and I look forward to getting my next lease through them. I am a veteran transitioning to the civilian world with a pro A few words here and there cannot capture my experience with Tish Harris of D&M Leasing. I am a veteran transitioning to the civilian world with a promising career in corporate America. I had what I thought was a reliable vehicle that cost me over $3200 in repairs alone. The final straw was when I had to work from home for over a week due to a busted radiator. A coworker gave me Tish's contact information and the rest was history. Tish was honest, upfront and coming from the Army she epitomized many of our values. What stood out for me was the amount of integrity she displayed. I received the reality of the situation from day zero. Initially, things did not look so hot and this was conveyed in a professional manner, which I thoroughly appreciated. Less than two weeks later, Tish called me on a Friday and informed me of a vehicle that she had her eye on for me. How is that for dedication? The following morning I drove off in a 2015 red Volkswagen Passat. This was a pivotal moment in my life as it meant that I can move forward and have a head start in what I needed to do. All in all, I would like to thank Tish who repeatedly thanked me for my service, but I am the one who should be thanking you.
