I told Tony the exact make, model & color vehicle that I wanted, and he delivered it to my office the next day! I can't say enough how pleasant and efficient the entire transaction was. During the lease Tony would check with me periodically to make sure that everything was working out ok, and to give me the current residual value of my car. Kudo's to Tony for a job very well done. You can call give them your information and what type of vehicle with all of the things you want and they will do everything they can to find it. From the first time that I made contact with Michael I felt comfortable that he was there to help. He made it very apparent that he wanted to assist in any way that he could. I know that he and the other staff spent several hours trying to find the exact vehicle in the exact color with the features that we wanted. They did not give up until they were successful. Over a brief phone conversation, Stacy very professionally captured my parameters on what I was looking for and offered recommendations that best fit based on the lease characteristics of different makes and models that fit my parameters. In the process, she "under committed and over delivered" which made for a customer experience second to none. She located the vehicle I was looking for with the exact options at the right lease price. She even went as far as picking up the vehicle from the dealer where it was purchased on a Saturday no less and delivered it to the D&M Leasing Mid-Cities office which could not have been more convenient for me.
