He took time to find out about me and what my likes and dislikes were with past vehicles, within 24 hours found the perfect car for me. Less than 24 hours after that he was at my office with the car and the paperwork and I was driving my new car. Joe was patient and didn't mind explaining anything that I didn't understand about the leasing process (which was just about everything!) He called back when he said he would and was always available to take my calls. I'll be working with him again in a few years. More
