She couldn't bring me the exact car I was thinking of getting so she went t Courtney went above and beyond and her customer service skills are superb. She couldn't bring me the exact car I was thinking of getting so she went to a dealership and brought me the same car to sit in and drive to make sure I was comfortable in that car. I didn't have to waiver from my schedule at all. She even delivered the car to me while I was eating dinner with my family. I ran outside, we swapped keys, and went back to finish my dinner.
