At D & M, they don't just get you a car and forget about you for the next few years; they are in constant contact making sure you are happy. My wife had mentioned that she needed a larger vehicle for the kids; within a couple days of this conversation Bob called to touch base. I explained to Bob that we needed a larger vehicle and we discussed different options. Once my wife decided on the type of vehicle and model she was wanting, Bob made it happen.
