We had tried to find that vehicle and only found 2 in the entire DFW area, and both were over 30 miles away. Mike went to work. At 4pm he called back, had the car, guided up upward on the trim level due to residual value issues with the other (neither of the two other dealers even mentioned this fact to us), and asked us to meet him at 10:30 am the next day. I thought that my options on vehicle choices would be very limited, but that turned out to be anything but the truth. Mike Moore talked me through the whole process and we settled on a 2014 Ram 1500 LoneStar 4X4. It wasn't plain by any means, but there were still some things I wanted. I wanted a 4" lift kit, and 35" wheels and tires. I thought that would be a deal breaker for sure. It wasn't. Mike worked with all the folks involved, including a truck customizing shop, and got me exactly what I wanted. I would recommend D&M Leasing to anyone looking for a sharp ride, and the flexibility of leasing. Simple & Stress Free After hearing multiple radio advertisements about leasing a vehicle I decided to go against everything I had been taught and send over a quick email. After hearing multiple radio advertisements about leasing a vehicle I decided to go against everything I had been taught and send over a quick email. Well I was lucky to have Tracey Hutchins ( Tray Hutchins ) email me back saying he would call me shortly cause that was the beginning to a great car buying experience. I was not exactly excited to start the car buying process again but Tracey and D&M made the whole thing seem easy and painless. I told him the exact car I wanted and there was no try to push me into something else with a more expensive package that included a whole bunch of stuff I do not need or want in my vehicle. There was only the simple facts and no real negotiating. I asked him a lot of questions and there was no side stepping or hesitation at all. After everything was said and done and I gave him the ok to start the paperwork the process took a couple of days and could of been quicker if I really pressed it. We scheduled a time to meet during my lunch hour next to my office and the paper work took about 10 minutes or maybe less. At that point we walked outside shook hands and he drove off in my old car and I got to sit down and actually enjoy my new car. There was no relief point of "Thank goodness this process is over" sigh of relief or anything like that at all. It was simple, easy, relaxing, and most importantly enjoyable car buying experience. Chris was very informative and objective about leasing versus buying and asked me some questions about price, model, car type, my wish list and my plans for the vehicle. After quickly reviewing my wish list I had two options to lease within 2 hours, and made a decision within the next 2 hours. I had delivery of the vehicle by 3:30 pm. Experience was great, I was not looking forward to sitting in a dealership for 6 hours to haggle out a 'price' to buy a truck at a higher down payment and monthly payment and after 10 years the vehicle would be worth very little if I owned it. Now I can transition to a new truck every 4 to five years or buy the one I lease. Chris was great in helping me figure out what I wanted with no pressure. Chris has a great background in the automotive industry and knows a lot. Give him a call you won't be disappointed. Great customer service in keeping me informed through every step of the process.
