You really do not know a company until you have a problem. I leased a 4 year old car with Dan Currington and he made it a smooth experience as I had never leased previously. Later Dan asked me to give him a review and to let him know if I could not give him all fives. Well, with a four year old car things can show up and I voiced my concern and frankly expected little response. Was I ever wrong. Within days, I was talking to the general manager and then customer service called the next day and everything was resolved immediately and beyond my greatest expectations. I can tell you that D and M Leasing has policies in place to take care of the customer. How refreshing in this day and time to have a company where the customer service even after the sale is a priority. Thanks, D and M. More

My experience with Michael Hurtado was above any service I have ever had. He was ALWAYS there if I had a question even on weekends. Michael is as dedicated to his job as they come. I have since bought the vehicle that Michael leased me, Only with Michael assistance did the purchase happen. I fell on hard times (filed Bankruptcy in 2010) my credit was less than stellar. Not only did Michael put together a contract for purchase. He also advised me on how to build my credit back up. Michael still took my calls regarding my questions about building my credit back up, this was after the purchase was made. Michael deals with people as if he is a good friend working on helping you get what you need and follows through and still keeps in touch. Which to me is more than a car dealer. Car Dealers are a dime a dozen. Michael Hurtado is not just a car dealer, Not only would I recommend Michael Hurtado to my friends and family.
