The lease on our Honda CR-V was coming to an end and we needed a replacement. We looked at four different makes of vehicles at several dealers but without much satisfaction. So, we decided to consider an needed a replacement. We looked at four different makes of vehicles at several dealers but without much satisfaction. So, we decided to consider another lease. In the interim my wife narrowed her selection to a particular car, a 2013 Toyota RAV-4. I contacted D&M because of the advertisements I have heard many times on KRLD radio. Tray Hutchins was the assigned agent. We told him what we wanted and made an appointment to visit D&M's office. Tray was very friendly and accommodating. He produced a RAV_4, to test drive and after the decision was made he hunted down the very car she wanted. Her choice appeared to be fairly scarce. The paperwork was simple. The lease seemed to be fair enough. He got us our equity from the leased CR-V. Outside of that no money changed hands. He provided a loan car for her to drive while her car was processing through transportation and make ready. We had the (nice) loan car about a week. He kept us informed during the waiting process. When the car was ready it was delivered to our house (on a Saturday)...bright and polished without a spec of dirt on it. Three cheers for Tray and D&M. More
