I worked with Melissa and she was absolutely fantastic. I was originally assigned another sales rep but he was not moving as quickly as I would have liked. Melissa has previously helped my parents with their cars so she reached out to me. I kid you not, she found me a car with all of my wants/needs by the time I was out of an appointment (2 hours). The first car ended up not working out but she found me another suitable option within a few hours. That car ended up taking a bit longer to get to me (less than a week) but she put me in a rental until the car was ready because I was having to Uber everywhere. I'm very happy with my car (Nissan Rogue Sport) and couldn't be happier with the service. it was wonderful! I highly suggest requesting to work with Melissa. More
