I wasn't sure if I was getting the best deal or not at the time but I didn't care because of how simple the process was & how friendly and personable Frank was with me and my family which is important to me. Since then I've come to find out that the deal I got on this Jeep was better than what my other Jeep friends got from other dealerships. (3 friends, 3 different dealers.) So I'm even happier now with my overall experience now than I was at the time of perchase.
