Klinton continued his excellent service by following up with us in the weeks following our purchase to ensure we were happy with the vehicle and his service, and even went out of his way to help us deal with Chevy on a warranty service issue that came up shortly after we purchased the preowned vehicle from him. Without the involvement of Klinton and his manager I suspect we would have had a much harder time dealing with Chevy; their efforts helped ensure we were treated fairly and that we got a loaner vehicle while ours was being diagnosed and repaired. He has at times gone through great lengths to get the vehicle I'm after and has delivered them when he said he would. Recently I extended the lease on my current vehicle and I couldn't be more pleased with how the deal was structured. But he goes way beyond that. He called several times this year to make sure my family and I were okay through the Covid-19 pandemic and after the February big freeze in Texas. You can't ask for a better person to be your leasing agent. He earned my five stars. More
