Greg helped me finance a vehicle this summer and made the process so easy! The first time we talked he spent 45 minutes on the phone with me answering all of my questions and thoroughly explaining his recomm process so easy! He then drove the car to my house, which is in a different city from D&M, and brought all the paperwork so I didn't even have to leave my living room to buy the car. Gary was great to work with. He took my information and provided me with several options before I made a decision. When he delivered, he said that cleaning was not up to his standard and told me to have it provided me with several options before I made a decision. When he delivered, he said that cleaning was not up to his standard and told me to have it detailed and send him the receipt. My only question would be that when I received the vehicle, the oil change was at 37%. I know that he took possession very quickly, but I would think that upon receiving the new lease, the oil would have been at max for the new driver. None of which is Gary's fault. More
