1st time purchase in 15 years I have never been a big "Car Guy" where I need a new car every 2 years. I am a loan officer in the Home Mortgage world so terms, rates, and options are nothing new to me. My wife and I knew what we wanted (of course the diamond in the rough) and Andrew spent countless hours on the phone and email explaining all options available. He finally came across the exact make and model my wife wanted and made the purchase somewhat seamless. We toyed with many options vs the purchase and lease category and actually saw the benefits in both which were explained perfectly to the average person not used to working in payment options.
