Inconsistent 3rd vehicle, worst experience. Inconsistent answers from my last agent (who apparently got a different job/resigned, whatever) to this agent. My last 3rd vehicle, worst experience. Inconsistent answers from my last agent (who apparently got a different job/resigned, whatever) to this agent. My last agent was calling me consistently checking on things/mileage etc... the last conversation we had was that we were getting close to being able to upgrade if I wanted to. Then he was gone, never heard from him for 6-7 months, so I called and was told he was gone and my account had not been reassigned. When I finally talked to someone, he said I was not up for an upgrade. When I tried to tell him what the last agent had told me, he cut me off and said “WELL IM TELLING YOU....”. He was very aggressive and forceful. I had the truck picked out that I wanted. He was able to get it for me within about a day or 2, which was great. Apparently we scheduled to meet at 9:30. I swore it was 9:00. I showed up at 9:05 and the first thing he said was “you’re early”. Well I was thinking I was late. Anyway, the first thing you say is not that. After he let me drive around a few mins, I went to his office to sign the papers only to find out he filled them out wrong. The truck I got was a 4x4 which he didn’t put down. So he had to redo the paperwork to reflect the 4x4. He did admit his fault and allowed me to take my new truck with me. He sent the esign forms for me to sign later that day. I recommended the agency only because the last 2 encounters were great. However this one was not. Not sure if the agent was just having a bad day but I really felt unimportant to him (at times). More
