She listened to our needs and within 72 hour she had us a new CRV in the color my wife wanted delivered to my work. Even when we had to wait an extra day due to the car being transferred from another dealer, she and the dealer gave us a 24 loaner for free. We were not in the market for a new car but she explained the process and answered my wife's and my questions in separate phone calls as needed to help us understand everything. Great customer service and class the whole way. Very happy with our first lease. Can we get some D&H Leasing licence plate brackets for the plates come in? I will gladly put them on the car. More
