We do most of the deal over the phone and then Brenda brings everything to our house. I can't recommend Brenda more. She is attentive to her customers' needs. Everything is up front. In this case, i had an outstanding insurance claim and the vehicle needed to be fixed, but i had not been able to get around to it. Not to mention that my schedule is crazy with work travel and taking care of my elderly mother. Stacy always takes all of the stress away from me and makes swapping my lease car the easiest thing i have to do. She is a model for great customer service and i use Stacy and my experience with D&M as an example when talking with my sales and delivery folks (I am also in sales) on what it means to be great at customer service.
