Terrible Customer Service I have received terrible customer service from business. I have been a customer of D&M Leasing for the past 4 years and have leased two different c I have received terrible customer service from business. I have been a customer of D&M Leasing for the past 4 years and have leased two different cars from them. During this time, I have received great customer service and encountered very friendly people. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case. In December 2016, I reached out Chris Cruz to discuss what options I might have for trading in my lease. At that time, he was going on vacation, so I was dispatched to a colleague who failed to follow through with follow up. After this, I got busy with the holidays and Q1 at work which kept me from pursuing the matter further. With that in mind, I reached out to Chris Cruz on June 5th to inquire about trading my lease. He informed me that he was out of the office and we could talk the next day. I emailed him the following morning giving specifics on what I wanted to do - no response. On June 8th, I sent another follow up email - no response. On June 12th, I reached out to John Graber, president of the company, to lodge an official complaint and request the following: Chris Cruz be removed as my account manager and my account be placed with the Houston office so that I may have a local contact to work with. Unfortunately, I received no response to this communication as well. This entire matter is very disheartening as I have been a loyal customer and have spent a considerable amount of money with their organization. Each month, I make my payments on time and it is absurd that I cannot even receive an email or call back from this company. More
