Bought a used vehicle in February of 2026. Everything went as expected. There were couple items needed to be addressed with the vehicle, and they took care of it, and treated us well. I bought a new Ford Escape in 2020 December where I was told I would get free oil changes for as long as I owned the car. They lied. My word is my bond...theirs is not.
