I couldn't be more pleased. Devin was just wonderful to work with. He really listened to what I was looking for and how much money I wanted to spend. He was very good about keeping me updated on vehicles, yet wasn't overbearing. After about 4-6 weeks we were able to come together on a vehicle. When it was time to get a lot more serious about THE vehicle, Cam entered to negotiations process. Again, I never felt pressured. Devin had done a nice job updating Cam on my needs and budget. Cam was able to put a deal together that was affordable for me. I had limited time to finish the deal and both Cam and Devin made sure to get all of "leg work" completed before I came back to finalize. Finally, I met with Yani to complete the paperwork. He had everything in order so I could get to my appointment. He explained every step of the way for me. There were a couple of pieces of information that was really important that I understand, and Yani made sure I truly understood the conditions. Again, when it came time to decide on extended warranty or not he explained it well, and I felt to pressure to take it or not. As for the dealership, while I was there I spoke to numerous employees including the owner. Not because I went looking for them but because they make it a priority to be out and about in their dealership. It was also very clean. This is the second vehicle that my husband and I have bought from D'Orazio Ford, and it certainly will not be the last that we purchase from them. I highly recommend considering them if you are looking for a new vehicle. More
