Bought a new f150 and was promised parts because I was sold an incomplete truck with a part that didn't work and then a week later found out they weren't ordered and when I asked again the price went up. After paperwork was signed it took them 2 hours to get my truck ready and it wasnt even cleaned, dirtier than when I had test driven said truck a couple hours before. This wasn't a big deal to me at the time because I mean it's a truck I'm gonna use it as a truck and get it dirty, but still buying brand new it should be clean when you pick it up. Also don't expect a call back from the sales dept. unless they need something from you. Purchase was made and after that can't get any answers for even small questions, appts. set up to install parts I'd purchased, etc. I tried to be reasonable and got lied to multiple times. Just waiting on the last of what I've already paid for to be installed and then I won't spend another dime here. A week later they have contacted me after I left a bad review to try and buy me out to get a better review. Even offered to detail my truck, full tank of gas, AND cut me a check for a certain amount if I left a better review. So you probably can't even trust the integrity of any good reviews for this place. More

Deceptive Pricing Twice now within the last couple of weeks I have called to purchase a New Ford Vehicle that was advertised on-line with a specific price. For the second time I was told the price was over $10,000 higher than listed. After the first time I accepted this at their word that it was an "error". I am not buying it this time. We are contacting an attorney, the Attorney General, and the BBB. Years ago if this was in "print" in a newspaper this activity would be called Bait and Switch. BEWARE!!! Is this the tip of the iceberg for deceptive business practices at this dealership? More

Brandon was super helpful and exceeded all of my expectations. Example, He went to a different dpat lot to get a car while i was at work so that it would be there waiting on me to test drive on my lunch break (i purchased that car). Knowing i didnt have alot of time on my lunch break,he had the 3cars i was interested in all pulled to the front so i could drive each one during my break. That is something that he didn't have to do. When i am ready for my next car or ready for my wifes next car dpatrick downtown ford will be where we goi would rate everything 5stars but i gave the price 4 stars because i feel like there could always be a better deal made than what is offered. More
