Had the service department examine brakes and air conditioning. Service rep friendly enough but distracted. A/C repair was to be $2,800 or $1,600 with non-Toyota compressor; I declined. Brakes repaired for fair price. 355 Toyota Scion service department took all fuses from the hood relating to the A/C and the lights behind the speedometer, radio, A/C knobs and dash buttons. They were the only group to have their noses in there and declined to acknowledge any missing fuses offering to sell me new ones. I went to them to be loyal, not to have to teach myself about A/C repair and fuses. Frustrating, sneaky, overpriced. Searched online for compressor information, discovered the part they use for $280 brand new and had it installed elsewhere for $150+ tax in about an hour. Bad service bay, OK service rep. More
1st time I walked in the dealership 355 Toyota Selorm greeted me, said hi wow what educated and polite person he is. He introduce me to one of his Salespeople his name was Mahamit very soft spoken and he greeted me, said hi wow what educated and polite person he is. He introduce me to one of his Salespeople his name was Mahamit very soft spoken and he knew everything about the RAV 4, he took his time and made sure I understood everything and how it works. After a great test drive I wanted the car but only if they gave me a good price. Mahamit wrote the deal and offer me a price that was not to good I made them an offer. Then Selorm came in to talked to me explained how he could not do the offer that I gaved them, but he proceed it to give me what I thought was a great price. The only reason I bought it, it was not the price, it was the great service I received from Selorm and Mahamit. Thank you to both of them for a great service. Mona More

Very horrible experience to have my radio replaced there. They didn't know even how to replace a radio after charging me a lot of money; all the dashboard warnings light were on that made me so scared for my They didn't know even how to replace a radio after charging me a lot of money; all the dashboard warnings light were on that made me so scared for my safety until I took it back there and have my old unit placed back on after a two day ordeal. Very incompetent technicians, poor management and sky high maintenance cost are the unique descriptors of this center. After spending two days in this service center, they did nothing but replace my old broken radio back on and I ended up canceling everything. Think twice before you go there and I encourage you to stay away from this service center based on my own experience. More
The most unethical dealership I have dealt with in over 35 years; personifies the reason people hate car salesmen. Went there for new car last week but the sales doesn't know everything. Everything have to ask his manager. Really waste the time to deal with sales cuz the sales cannot help anything. Our salesman, Faramarz Bairamijamal ( Frank ) was extremely helpful without being overly solicitous. We were impressed by his patience, his knowledge of the vehicles, his good humor and his genuine extremely helpful without being overly solicitous. The dealership itself was not overly complicated nor did it prolong the process unnecessarily of closing the deal. This we also very much appreciated.
