While I was researching the Toyota RAV4 that I wanted to buy, I was also reading up on how car dealers work on customers. I read about and learned from everyone's warnings about how dealers will play a shel buy, I was also reading up on how car dealers work on customers. I read about and learned from everyone's warnings about how dealers will play a shell game with the price and payments and trade-in etc. so that the buyer has no idea what is going on. I found NONE of that at 355 Toyota. I fully expected the "four square", the monthly payment games, the repeated trips to the sales manager, and the "what will it take to get you to buy today" and I was prepared to walk out if it started. I was watching for any of that and found none. Sayed was completely open and honest about the pricing -- and I KNOW what prices should be after doing a lot of research on the internet. I know what a very low price is for my Toyota RAV4 and what Sayed showed me, without any games or fooling around, was a VERY low price. After double and triple-checking what Sayed was showing me -- and asking him to give me the total out-the-door price -- I actually admitted to him, "That's a really good price." I was stunned. Sayed also told me a lot of things that I didn't know about the RAV4. The finance guy gave me a sales pitch for an extended warranty, which I had no interest in, but he backed off when I made it clear that I wasn't interested. Everything else went BETTER than I expected. This was the first time I've been to 355 Toyota, I have no relationship with anyone at 355 Toyota, but I was extremely surprised at what a good deal I got and that they didn't play any games with me. Don't go to this dealer!!! I went to purchase a new Prius over memorial day weekend 2011. Originally they wanted $1000 over MSRP for the car, despite having a couple on the lot. The salesman chased after me saying that he would forgo the surcharge if I would purchase the car that weekend. I agreed to come back the following day to take delivery and we shook hands on the deal. The next morning the salesman calls me to make sure I'm still interested. Saying yes, he told me everything was ready to go. When I got to the dealer an hour later, ready to take delivery, the salesman informs me that they had sold my car the previous day. While I understand that they sold the car for a better price, there is NEVER any excuse for lying. I refuse to do any business with those who don't even have the decency of being honest and neither should anyone else. More

Mike stayed in contact with me until I was ready to make a decision. He really took the time to give me valuable tips while I was searching around and comparing other dealerships for the best deal. Because of this he built my trust and truly worked to give me the best deal. He beat the other dealership I was negotiating with and even saved me and my husbands time by turning our old tags in to the MVA for us. If that's not top notch service, I don't know what is. Firooz, was also very patient and went the extra mile in making sure I understood all my included warranties and features in my new Toyota Highlander. Thanks Guys, you're the best and I'll be sending all my friends and family your way! More

My purpose of giving the highest rating of number 5 (Great) is because that's what I received from the telephone call to me personally visiting the dealership. Both PJ and Juan have won my continued business and belief in 355 Toyota, not that I had any doubts prior to my purchases. My commitment to 355 Toyota did not start with my new car, 2011 Toyota Scion, but 9 months ago when I purchased a used 2006 Nissan Sentra that was to jump-start in re-establishing my credit and maintaining a good payment history. The car had low miles and I kept the maintenance up on the car. About 1-1/2 weeks ago I had a surge of energy and sent an email to PJ inquiring on financing a new car purchase. Within a few hours, he replied with the necessary information for me to complete and return to him which was done. Upon arriving at the dealership on a Saturday in the blistering heat, I was infused with joy and excitement to see my former salesman, Juan Torres, still working at 355, as well as PJ. I greeted them both with a hug and was so thankful to see them still at 355. Coming paper-ready to do business, allowed my process to be very minimal, less than 2 hours and I was full of excitement and over joyed to be driving away in a brand new 2011 Toyota Scion. Oh yes, I must not forget, James, the finance manager, he was still there too. I am enjoying my car and I constantly get so many compliments on the vehicle. I bought the car from this dealership in 2007. At that point, I checked the service rating here and it was not really good at all. Therefore, I went to the Gaithersburg location where it had better rating point, I checked the service rating here and it was not really good at all. Therefore, I went to the Gaithersburg location where it had better rating for service. However, after several visit at that location, I was not happy with their customer service at all. Therefore, I tried 355 service location. The person I met with was David Konstandinidis. I had an excellent experience with him and I walked out very happy. Up to this point, I have been going to 355 for my regular services in Camry. Months ago, they re-designed the whole service department. After this change, not only the service department's structure but the people's attitude and customer service have risen tremendously. Guess what. David has been promoted as the new service manager. This explains the great service across the whole areas, and I am glad management recognized the right person.I hope everyone will keep up the good work here and wish good luck to 355. More
