"Don't do what they are paid to do!!"

So a long story short...my car started smoking and stall(the engine cut off in the middle of the street). I talk to Chrysler about the issue and they mention that it had to due with the recall for an accelerator, so I submitted my car to this particular dealership for repair. After retrieving my car ON THE SAME DAY from the dealership, my car began to smoke & stall and oil ran out of it....again!! I was so scare that a fire would break out so I call the fire department. This was the same situation I describe the dealership about and they did not fix my issue, I have a police witness and video camera footage of my car smoking less than an hour of getting my car back from the dealership. So now I am asking them to return my money or I will file a lawsuit against the dealership and company. This is the third time I had issue with my car and Chrysler never fixes correctly.

"Poor customer service and Quality of Work "

I visited this center yesterday/ Feb..20,2018 / for a malfunction on my Jeep backup camera and balance. I met the so called "service advisor" Ronald Ea . He told me to pick my car in the afternoon but when I call back at around 5pm, not yet fixed and he told me new camera ordered for morrow morning . Today he gave me a call for pick up at 11:40am every thing set and I paid 96 dollar. Nothing fixed , I still do not know whether I paid for overnight parking or for a service . This is not a first time .while I visited the center for oil change same thing happen,Poor customer service, Poor Qualit of work and Poor complaint handling skill. I have learnt that the technical team at this center lacks professional skill and business ethics.I think deceiving a customer is a cardinal sin, Unless the top management act to improve the service team I don't recommend this center.

"This is a terrible place. "

Called Wednesday to make an appointment for Friday. Confirmed it. Dropped my car off Thursday night and they call me to tell me they can't promise it will be looked at on Friday without an appointment. Awesome service. Can't even figure out how to book an appointment into their system. Then they try telling me that something that should be covered by warranty would cost $175. Will not be returning here ever. No wonder they have a 3 star rating.

This dealership has great customer service. The employee i worked with was Daniel Amos Ateker. He sold a car to both me and my brother and we were both satisfied. He was patient with us, helped us find great deals, and stayed with us through the very end. He is one of the best employee's at this dealership.

"DONT GO! "

I was idiotic enough to think they would rectify the problem that they created after returning my car last summer, (after having it over a MONTH!) but never mind doing that, they can't even take the time to diagnose the problem after having my car for two weeks, and promising to have it diagnosed for close to ONE week. How long does it take someone to pop the hood and tell me what's wrong?? Unanswerable question, apparently. I'll be glad to let you know if I ever find out... Tim was supposed to be my agent in this case, and I can't even get the guy on the phone. If it weren't for Hawa helping me to stay abreast with what was going on I would be completely in the dark. I've already sent two email to Steve the manager, but forget hearing back from him. Basically, you don't matter, and if you want to, go somewhere else.

"Out $150.00"

I wished I had read the reviews before agreeing to go have my car serviced at DarCars New Carrollton on July 14, 2016 because Dar Cars Silver Spring did not have any openings till 3 weeks. I had a recall plus my seat belt light says on and dings for 2 minutes even though my seat belts are fastened on my 2005 Chrysler 300. I was told a fee of $150.00 to run a diagnostic. Hmm, I explained what the issue was (so why was a diagnostic needed) but any repairs would go towards that cost so I agreed. I get a call from Bryan that it is going to cost me another $450.00 to run a further diagnostic because they could not find the cause. This a Chrysler Repair Shop and I have a Chrysler YOU SHOULD KNOW what causes this issue!!! By the way supposedly the recall was repaired, I would hope. Bryan then said after I declined the $450.00 that it could cause further issues down the road. I decided to take my chances. Of course I asked to speak to his manager but I forget to get his name because at this point I am angry that I was being charged $150.00 for a seat belt light that could not be fixed. 2 hours later he returns my call and tells me I have a “RARE” situation that needs $450.00 more to further diagnose the problem. Okay now it is “rare” for the seat belt light to stay on even if the seat belt is fastened. All bull crap to me and I feel that I was shafted and maybe this was a way for them to get paid for doing the recall for free. This is a crappy organization and I wrote on my ticket if anything goes wrong with my car in 30 days they sabotaged it because of the statement Bryan had made. They also had the nerve to say I needed brakes. (I NEVER ASKED THEM TO LOOK AT ANYTHING ELSE) They should have spent that time fixing my seat belt light. UNHAPPY FEMALE CUSTOMER!!!!

you might have a great experience purchasing, but think about it. Everyone is nice to you while you're giving them money. The REAL test is when an incident occurs and they're expected to help. I can tell you firsthand, they have failed- MISERABLY. Brought my car in a few weeks ago to be serviced after having issues with it for almost a year, and Steve Flint told me that he would handle things through corporate (I will skip the details of how Jack Tran tried to charge me twice for the same thing), but that my car would be fine to drive, and if I had any issues with my upcoming inspection, then I was to have them contact him, and he would work something out (no idea how that was expected to happen)... 2 weeks later, and I'd still heard nothing. Then it happened, my car DIED. I could no longer drive it ~mind you this is not an older car (2012 Jeep liberty Jet), nor a cheap one, but I could no longer move it an inch, as the car overheated and the red indicator light was on AND beeping. My car was sadly towed there last saturday, and it is friday and my car still HAS NOT BEEN LOOKED AT, and the rental car that was promised to me last night by steve flint, magically disappeared, and I'm no longer authorized to get one. Additionally, steve also promised to have my car looked at first thing this morning and to call me by 10am, but it is almost 1:30 pm, and after my eighth call to them (they don't have an answering service where you can leave a voicemail), being on hold for an HOUR, I still have not spoken to Steve, who told Jack (according to Jack) that he would call me an hour ago (for the second time). Basically I'm getting the runaround, and what's worse is they have my car, my property, and I don't know WHAT they might do to it. If they tried to overcharge me when I initially brought it by, what's to stop them from doing it now?? Hopefully corporate (whom I've filed a complaint with), the better business bureau or the FCC will be able to. We shall see, but when they can't or aren't willing to tell you who the area manager is, or they don't know who's done or said what in the office, I don't have high hopes... If I can give you a piece of valuable advice, DONT BUY A JEEP, and if you have one DONT TAKE IT HERE!!! You'll regret it, terribly.

"Stay away "

My car is a year old and I have been having problems since I purchased it. My car has been to the service department 4 times and nothing has changed. I can't get a call back and I have left several messages. Everyone is rude and disrespectful. I also looked at the reviews on my vehicle and saw that several others have the same issue. I hate darcars and regret purchasing my brand new car from them. At this point I'm going to have to get a lawyer and contact the state of md for results. If you want to purchase a care DON'T go to darcars crysler.

Love this dealership. Purchased my car from here, it was quick and easy. Last week I brought it back to this dealership for an engine light. They quickly scheduled me an appointment and fix it! It was minimal impact on work schedule! I will be bringing my vehicle back to this dealership for all my service!
