Lack of communication and delay in getting car Everything was fine except that agent told me to pick up the car at 1. I arrived at one and didn’t get the car until 3:30. I didn’t receive any notifi Everything was fine except that agent told me to pick up the car at 1. I arrived at one and didn’t get the car until 3:30. I didn’t receive any notification from the service agent about the delay until I asked him one hour later. It also took another 30 minutes get an explanation. In addition, the explanation I got was that it was a busy morning and it felt like getting my car looked at wasn’t a priority at all. The lack of timely communication was not something I expected from a luxury dealership. Good thing the lobby was comfortable. More
