While the service at the time of the sale was fine, subsequent visits to the service dept have left me less than impressed with this dealership. I will think twice before doing more business here. More

The sales people there are so sales driven that I (the customer) couldn't focus on a product that was right for me. I should have realized that this car buying experience wasn't going to be good when the customer) couldn't focus on a product that was right for me. I should have realized that this car buying experience wasn't going to be good when these "Sopranos" type sales person walked up to me and greeted me with a "How You Doin?" I would have expected a more relaxed atmosphere where I could browse the cars that I wanted and when it was time for me to purchase I can count on someone knowledgable to answer all my questions without having me put a deposit down first. I went to another dealer that was further away and received the luxury car buying experience that I wanted. More
