Worst experience ever. Kept getting emails and letters urging me to bring in my 2017 ES350 for appraisal. I didn't realize the "23 models weren"t out yet, and I was hoping Kept getting emails and letters urging me to bring in my 2017 ES350 for appraisal. I didn't realize the "23 models weren"t out yet, and I was hoping for "22 leftover. Even though my car os over 5 years old, I only have 29,600 miles on it. They had a "19,but ut had 44,000 miles. I test drove a "21 I or IS with 23,400 miles. I met with Shareez Hamzah and he was beyond the hard sell.I said I wouldn't make a decision without discussing it with my husband, His reply was "call him now". I was there an hour and 15 minutes and still no appraisal. Shareez said I wouldn't get an appraisal without buying the car. Then Charles Issa (not sure of spelling) came in and said he was waiting "for the computer to spit out the numbers". When Ifirst sat down Shareef said Kelly Blue Book appraised my car at $26,000. I left asking Charles to call me when he had the appraisal number.I called the next day and was told they thought my car was worth $20,000. The only good thing was when I brought my car in for servicing in December they didn't reset the computer, so my dashboard read I was 1,300 miles overdue for servicing.They fixed that.Lexus of Englewood stop sending me mailings and emails.I willnever give you my business More

TERRIBLE, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. One star is way too much for this place, wish I could do zero or negative stars. They called me to make an appointment to get the car serviced and told me they would give me a loaner. I got there 20 mins before my appointment time and Robin still made me wait an hour and a half to tell me she can't give me a loaner. Asked her to speak to a manager and he was super helpful and got me out of there quick with the loaner car. 4 days later I call Robin to see what's going on and they said "oh your car is ready, we forgot to call you" No apology, UNPROFESSIONAL. When I came to drop off the loaner I called in advance and noticed them to please have my car ready because I was running late and had to pick my kids up from school. After waiting a little over 50 mins they said that the car wasn't ready we need about 5 more mins. Waited 15 mins and i said I gotta go and took the loaner because my car wasn't ready. (NO APOLOGY). Called me and said if you don't bring it back by 5 p.m we will charge your card $120. Very UNPROFESSIONAL and inconsiderate for other people's time. Went back instantly to speak to management (TERRIBLE not the same manager from drop off) didn't even want to hear my side of the story and was VERY RUDE and inconsiderate for wasting my time and didn't care that I couldn't pick my kids up from school. Started raising his voice and at this point I said stop talking to me and go get my car please. Robin wouldn't let me take my personal belongings out before she started her pictures and I asked her to please wait til I was done to do whatever she wanted to do and she wouldn't stop. I told her I do not want my personal belongings in your pictures and she completely ignored me and continued with taking her pictures. After all that they broke my glove compartment and didn't care. Complete waste of time and unbelievably unprofessional establishment. The lady at the desk was awesome tho! More

I came in for just an oil change at 2:30 and at 5:10 it still was not ready. It is unacceptable for an oil change.
