My husband and I visited DARCARS Lexus of Englewood about 2 months ago for the first time before we had moved to the area looking to buy our first car. We truly did not know too much about the process and we 2 months ago for the first time before we had moved to the area looking to buy our first car. We truly did not know too much about the process and were initially just looking to explore our options with different models and gain an understanding of financing and inventory availability. That day, we were greeted by Sherif (sales rep) who very patiently spoke with us to see what would be the best fit for us. We weren't ready to drive off with any car that day since we were preparing for a move but left knowing that we would be interested in the Lexus NX 350. Sherif left us his contact information for us to reach out when we were ready. We called Sherif 2 days ago to see what was available and he told us to come into the dealership as there happened to be two NX 350 cars on the lot that day. We were ready to commit same day but as we were figuring out appraisal for our car that we wanted to trade in, within the hour, both cars were sold! My husband and I were prepared to wait a little longer for new inventory to come in (we were told it could take up to a couple of weeks) as we were not in too much of a rush, but leave it to Sherif and Ayman (manager) to diligently track down another NX350 that had just arrived at the showroom that could be picked up for us to take home the same day! We also greatly appreciated the service of Seth (finance consultant) who really took the time to explain financing options, breakdown of pricing, and answer any questions we had (we had a lot!) and that of Vicky (technology specialist) who walked us through the features of the car. All in all, we spent 7 hours at the dealership that day and the staff we worked with were all very friendly and patient with us - Sherif even stayed with us until 7:30pm to set up our car insurance - and left exhausted but very satisfied with our new car!
