I bought a Toyota Highlander XLE at a Darcars Lexus Of Greenwich, which was my wonderful personal experience. I was welcomed by Felix, the salesmen who showed me the car I was searching for. He was friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable in the field and answered all my questions. We began negotiating the purchase once I test-drove the car with my partner. After discussing the price, Felix introduced me to the manager, Cleice, who was very professional and friendly, and we had the pleasure of working with them to close the deal. As opposed to when you are going to close a deal and have to speak to a manager, it can be difficult; here, the experience was different. Cleice also introduced me to the general manager, Andreas; the conversation was friendly and comfortable with both of them. They were very reliable with my expectations and price for the Toyota, and with an easy and brief time, we concluded our deal. Overall, my experience with the dealer was excellent, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More

Just completed deal on lease for our 18th Lexus. Working with Adelfi Marte Gomez was terrific. She reached out to me and gave me a fair price on my new lease at 4 pm yesterday. Today I already have done a small amount of negotiating, approved the deal, completed paperwork including registration and insurance, transferred my belongings from previous car to new one and I am back home. Such a pleasure. She handled it all very professionally. All DARCARS personnel are delightful. Sales manager ZAC is great. From the first conversation with Felix I felt comfortable. There was no pressure. He was upfront with price structure and knowledge. What started out as a great experience, went terribly sour as time went on. The dealership was responsive in getting all of my questions answered in a timely fashion until after they made the sale, which sour as time went on. The dealership was responsive in getting all of my questions answered in a timely fashion until after they made the sale, which is where they dropped the ball. During the process, I was faced with a lot of back and forth frustrations and kurt interactions from the manager, Dave Miller, prior to James stepping in and helping (whom started out well). However, after the sale, the dealership (James included) completely delayed (by 21 days) submitting the paperwork needed to register my car and receive my title. Ultimately, lapsing my temporary plates, and refusing to do the legwork to get new ones reinstated. To add insult to injury, spreading inaccurate information regarding the DMV for my state needing additional insurance information (which the DMV confirmed was false). Til this date, they have yet to send the necessary paperwork needed to register my car, nor returned the fees they’ve collected to process the subsequent paperwork (that they never processed). They have purposely ignored phone calls and emails requesting documentation. This process shouldn’t be much of a headache. Unfortunately, the attorney general is now involved in the process due to their lack of diligence and slackness. If you’re content with getting gaslit, ignored, and penny pinched for services you won’t receive, this is the place for you! I see why you’re pressured to submit a review before leaving with your new vehicle. More
