I wound up purchasing a 2013 CPO GS 350 which I am very happy with. Gene is a great salesman who in addition to being very knowledgeable about the car, was also very helpful in making my decision regarding purchase versus lease. He didn't pressure me in any way, and was truly concerned about pleasing me as his customer. This was absolutely the best car purchasing experience that I've ever had. More

Poor Customer Service Skills This dealer needs to train their staff and get them up to speed with the skills that are needed to be successful in today's business environment. This This dealer needs to train their staff and get them up to speed with the skills that are needed to be successful in today's business environment. This staff does not communicate as a team. A vehicle is one of the bigger purchases a person will make and this staff should make the consumer feel confident. When you are purchasing a quality vehicle like a Lexus you expect to receive the same level of quality from a customer service stand point. This staff needs to be held accountable. I hope the Scatterdays can use this review for training purposes and help improve the level of customer service one expects from a Lexus dealership. More

Easiest purchase ever! My sister was looking for an inexpensive pre-owned vehicle for around $10,000 and we found a Ford Focus SE that was listed at Lexus of Mount Kisco onl My sister was looking for an inexpensive pre-owned vehicle for around $10,000 and we found a Ford Focus SE that was listed at Lexus of Mount Kisco online on Cars.com. When I called to inquire about the vehicle, I spoke with Mike Tierney. Mike was extremely helpful and courteous, and was a pleasure to deal with. We set up an appointment, and he went out of his way to assist us in test driving the car, and treating us as if we were getting a brand new Lexus vehicle. I highly recommend asking for Mike when shopping for a pre-owned vehicle, he will take very good care of you! The dealership was one of the nicest dealers that I've ever been in, and all of the staff there, including the Financial Services Manager Jeff Emch who helped us finalize the paperwork were awesome!
