I ended up trading in my older Lexus for a newer model, and Mike made the entire paperwork procedure quite painless. There is nothing annoying or 'used car salesman' about Mike Tierney. She was able to answer most of my questions, and for those she couldn't she followed up with calls and answers for everything I needed to know. She is not only pleasant, she has one of those personalities that makes you feel as if you've known her for years and you're in good hands. And trust me, you are. He explained every detail down to the smallest and made sure we understood everything before walking away. If there was a problem with anything he jumped right in to help you. He seems to be a trustworthy and intelligent man. You can tell he's got many years of experience under his belt by the way he works with his customers. Why Jack Daniels Makes Everything Better Before I walked into Lexus of Mt. Kisco, I had spent several months exploring every car company I could find within my budget. I had been to several Before I walked into Lexus of Mt. Kisco, I had spent several months exploring every car company I could find within my budget. I had been to several dealers, with a plan to buy a used car. I had test driven a few, liked a few, even liked some of the people I had met to the point where I wanted to give them the business... But I didn't love the car. Then I walked into Lexus of Mt. Kisco, because I told myself that I wanted to go check out the ES Series. As I was on my way to it in the show room, I spotted the IS250... And then of course, as car dealership destiny dictates, I was introduced to my salesman- Jack Daniels. So after a pleasant conversation surrounding solution based selling, Jack and I hit the road. He knew everything about the car, including the most important part to me- function and controls. He was able to walk me through navigation, all of the features, managing the radio and media, and safety among other things. I could see how much value there was in driving this vehicle. Jack's passion for life and driving Lexus was just the icing on the cake and made the experience that much more enjoyable. The car sold itself- that same car I test drove is now my baby- a brand new Lexus IS250. After I made an easy decision it was time to get down to purchase and finance options. Julius Kovacs and Christopher Scatterday absolutely went to bat for me, and not only made this deal happen, but got me a phenomenal finance rate. I couldn't be happier with the experience I had there. I've been back several times to thank these guys bc I can't do it enough!! Mike Tierney was friendly, knowledgable about his product, and made me feel good about buying a pre-owned car from Lexus of Mt. Kisco. Lexus is legendary for their service experience after the sale, but I can say the experience begins even before they can count on you as a customer. Based on the ease with which I located and eventually bought this car, I will definitely recommend that anyone in the market should go see Mike. More

He was not stuck on selling me a new 2014 car. When he noted that my requirements did not justify a brand new car, he showed me a certified pre-owned one that suited me fine. Not pushy at all, Mike took me through the process with ease. When we faced a hurdle, he described his opinion and then left the decision where it belonged, with me. Let me give you an example. I wondered if the car would fit in my garage and asked him for the dimensions. He said, "Why don't you drive it home and find out?" When I was about ready to start my test drive, I asked Mike, "Can we get the windshield cleaned before we go?" He said, "Why don't we get the car washed here at the dealership like you can anytime you're nearby?" (And anytime you bring the car in for service.) The price we arrived at was below similar rates quoted in my area. Mike was also very helpful in explaining all the features of my new car. He's a champ and a great guy to do business with. Jeff Emch was the business manager who wrote up the contract with me. Although I had less contact with Jeff, he was competent, professional, and pleasant. When I raised a question about the power of attorney, he made a suggestion, I wrote it in, and initialed it. No problem. As you can tell I was very impressed by this dealership. The building is spacious and attractive with nice customer waiting areas. The service areas were spotless. This is a class act. More
