This was the best experience I've ever had when purchasing a car I was told of Juan Padilla by a family friend who purchased a car from this dealership. I went with my wife who purchased her car in purchasing a car I was told of Juan Padilla by a family friend who purchased a car from this dealership. I went with my wife who purchased her car in one day and after witnessing the seamless procedure I was excited to ask about the prospect of trading in my car. I was leery at first because I was intimated by the Lexus brand and thought only the rich could afford something from Lexus. But after watching the professionalism and non-pressure afforded my wife. they literally met me where I was and got me into my car. Juan Padilla Debarati Sha and Micheal Glover are the go-to team if you go to this dealership not that the other employees are not capable I'm sure they are as they also spoke and offered any assistance if needed. We bought a CPO RX 450H from Juan Padilla. He was a very good salesman. Worked with us on our requirements and timing. We closed the transaction very quickly on the same day. Like all CPOs and used cars, there are minor issues that need to be fixed. Juan followed up and helped us to resolve all our problems.
