Even though there are other choices, we wanted to stay with this dealership because it was ultimately the people whom we have come to know and trust. Sales Rep: Chris Reus always goes above and beyond and makes sure we got exactly what we were looking for. He puts his customers' best interest first and has the patience of a saint. Chris facilitated both of our deals effortlessly and efficiently. Sales Manager: Antonio Otero is very professional and fair. He does not overpromise and underdeliver. We have had two wonderful experiences with Antonio. Finance Manager: John Molina did a phenomenal job at explaining everything that was to be signed. There were no hidden fees or any sort of dealership 'funny business' that sometimes happens, in general, when it's time to sign the contract at any place. John made it a pleasurable experience. We are pleased to say that John, Antonio and Chirs are the reasons we chose to return to DARCARS Lexus of Mount Kisco in less than a year for our second family Lexus.
